Every Cambridge client has a dedicated Account Manager and Account Executive to ensure that queries are answered quickly and efficiently. We also have our own Claims Department, so when a claim does occur, it is settled without delay.
Our Directors are:
Darren Thompson – Managing Director B.Bus, ANZIIF (Fellow), CIP, QPIB, Dip F.S. (Brok & FP)Darren started in insurance in 1993 after completing University. Darren has experience as an underwriter with QBE, servicing large corporate clients with international broker Marsh and started Cambridge Insurance Brokers in February 2000. He has completed insurance studies through Deakin University as well as an Advanced Diploma Diploma of Financial Services. Darren is passionate about getting the best result for his clients |

Scott Carlisle - DirectorScott started insurance in 1995 with SGIO commercial claims. With a vast knowledge of policy wordings and coverage, he moved into managing insurance programs for local businesses . In 2002, he joined Cambridge Insurance Brokers and has successfully developed greater markets for his clients. He has Tier 1 broking qualifications and currently completing his Diploma of Financial Services and Qualified Practicing Insurance Broking (QPIB) designation . Scott prides himself on the relationships with his clientele and their asset protection. |

Marcus Pobjoy – Director Dip F.S (Brok), Dip F.S. (Gen Ins), QPIBMarcus commenced his insurance career with an underwriter in Melbourne and has over 20 years experience in insurance, with 18 years in insurance broking. Marcus gained extensive experience placing insurance programs for global clients whilst working in the London Market for 2 years for international broker, Sedgwick, before transferring to their Melbourne and then Perth offices. He was a partner of a Western Australian owned broking firm for 3 years before joining Cambridge in September 2009. Marcus’ main focus is on customer service and ensuring that his clients have comprehensive coverage at the most competitive price. |
